As a Business Analyst – Content Designer, you will be responsible for standardizing procedures, developing multimedia training materials, and creating process maps to ensure efficient and compliant operations in the banking industry.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for banking-related processes.
• Develop clear and concise standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
• Design and develop multimedia training materials, such as videos, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
• Ensure training materials align with SOPs and process maps.
• Update and maintain training documents, regularly reviewing and enhancing them.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, process owners, and stakeholders to gather information and validate processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation within banking operations.
• Recommend enhancements to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
