Skill Set:

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.
• Proficient in Manual and automation testing.
• Solid knowledge in Core Java (1.8 or higher) and Selenium.
• Expertise in developing automation framework from scratch.
• Familiarity with Agile Delivery Methodology & experience in working with Scrum teams.
• Exposure to Continuous integration tool using DevOps.
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket, Maven, & related tools.
• Banking / Capital Markets domain experience.
• Good Communication and leadership skills.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, Java certifications) are a plus.

Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high-quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.

• Lead consulting projects and engagements, providing strategic guidance on testing strategies, automation frameworks, and quality assurance processes.
• Architect, design, and implement robust test automation solutions using Java, Selenium, and API testing frameworks.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for API endpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and establish best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior consultants and team members, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of learning.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing and quality assurance.
