Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience:
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
Skill Set:
- Expertise in Python, R, or another scripting language.
- Proficient in writing complex, highly optimized SQL queries.
- Strong knowledge of Python, Snowflake, and AWS infrastructure.
- Domain knowledge in cognitive psychology or neuroscience.
- Familiarity with deep learning and neural network development.
- Experience with explanatory and exploratory analytics reporting.
- Understanding of psychometric analyses, psychophysics, and signal detection.
- Knowledge of privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HiTrust, HIPAA).
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Job Description:
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data products to improve the lives of people with unmet medical needs, such as those wishing to quit smoking, those with major depressive disorder, and those with schizophrenia. Your role will include:
- Taking ownership of end-to-end predictive modeling projects, including data processing and building machine learning models.
- Building and maintaining ML cloud infrastructure using ML flow platforms (preferably Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, DynamoDB, Lambda).
- Developing data pipelines with automated machine-learning systems that convert noisy core datasets into powerful insights.
- Assisting in building models using emerging methodologies to improve products and health outcomes.
- Driving a data-driven culture across different teams.
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Science, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers to implement rich and reusable datasets/metrics.
- Automating routine tasks via coding/scripting and being open to learning new technologies.
