Skill Set:
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of database concepts
- Proficiency in MicroStrategy tools including MicroStrategy Developer/Workstation, MicroStrategy Architect, and MicroStrategy Administrator
- Solid knowledge of logical and physical data models and schema designs within MicroStrategy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills
Job Description: The role entails quickly learning and comprehending business processes and issues to effectively support the MSTR platform as per their requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MicroStrategy dossier data or performance-related issues
- Optimize MicroStrategy solution performance by refining SQL queries
- Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and user activity within the MicroStrategy environment
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as server monitoring and user management within the MicroStrategy environment
- Configure user roles and access controls within MicroStrategy to maintain data confidentiality and integrity
- Document and maintain a knowledge base for current BI solutions, logic, enhancements, configurations, and best practices
