Job Designation: Software Development Engineer in Test – Automation

Qualification: BTech

Experience: Freshers/Experienced

Skill Set:

• Extensive proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies.
• Proficient coding skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C# for developing test scripts.
• Ability to devise comprehensive test cases and scenarios covering various software functionalities.
• In-depth understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Strong leadership acumen to mentor teams and drive automation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities to grasp client needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and overcoming testing challenges.
• A commitment to staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in software testing and SDET.
• Relevant certifications in software testing and test automation (e.g., ISTQB) are advantageous.

Job Description:

As a Software Development Engineer, your primary responsibility is to offer strategic guidance, leadership, and technical expertise in software testing and quality assurance. Collaborate with clients to enhance their software development and testing processes, ensuring the delivery of superior software products.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their software development and testing requirements, providing expert advice for improvement.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test automation strategies and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency.
• Identify and implement appropriate testing tools and technologies to support automation initiatives.
• Lead the creation of automated test scripts, cases, and suites to validate software functionality.
• Ensure software testing processes align with industry standards, enhancing overall software quality.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, offering technical leadership and assistance.
• Maintain effective client communication to provide project updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
