Genpact is currently in search of a highly skilled QA (Quality Assurance) Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Designation: QA (Quality Assurance) Automation Test Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

Experience: Freshers/Experienced

Skill Set:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing test strategies and plans.
  • Hands-on experience with API automation and Unit Testing.
  • Familiarity with test management tools like Rally, JIRA, or TestRail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Description:

  • Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the reliability and performance of software solutions.
  • Manage and maintain automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, etc.
  • Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, both automated and manual.
  • Identify and resolve defects in a timely manner, adhering to quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Assess the feasibility of test automation and develop automated test scripts where applicable.
  • Create and update test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports.
  • Report risks to project management and propose risk reduction measures.
  • Track key testing metrics and communicate progress to project stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and optimizations in the testing methodology.
