Genpact is currently in search of a highly skilled QA (Quality Assurance) Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Job Designation: QA (Quality Assurance) Automation Test Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
Experience: Freshers/Experienced
Skill Set:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Expertise in developing and implementing test strategies and plans.
- Hands-on experience with API automation and Unit Testing.
- Familiarity with test management tools like Rally, JIRA, or TestRail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Job Description:
- Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the reliability and performance of software solutions.
- Manage and maintain automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, etc.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, both automated and manual.
- Identify and resolve defects in a timely manner, adhering to quality assurance processes and standards.
- Assess the feasibility of test automation and develop automated test scripts where applicable.
- Create and update test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports.
- Report risks to project management and propose risk reduction measures.
- Track key testing metrics and communicate progress to project stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and optimizations in the testing methodology.
