Key Responsibilities:

  1. Invoice Collection: Manage the collection of past due invoices and resolve invalid deductions across your assigned portfolio through effective communication via email and phone calls. This involves timely follow-ups and ensuring that outstanding issues are resolved efficiently.
  2. Dispute Resolution: Address queries related to disputed invoices by researching and analyzing disputes and deductions within our ERP systems. Your role will involve identifying the root cause of disputes and working towards a resolution that satisfies all parties involved.
  3. Documentation and Follow-Up: Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary documents and information to support dispute and deduction resolutions. Your ability to navigate through internal processes and obtain critical information will be key to your success.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and automation improvements. Your insights and recommendations will help streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and enhance overall efficiency.
  5. Reporting: Maintain daily reports on individual portfolios to track and supervise past dues. This ensures that the team stays informed about the status of collections and can take proactive measures to address any issues.
  6. Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement collections strategies aimed at reducing past dues. Your strategic thinking will be crucial in devising plans that minimize outstanding payments and improve cash flow.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work as a collaborative team member to process ad hoc requests in a timely manner. Your flexibility and willingness to support your colleagues will contribute to the team’s overall success.
  8. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and effectively responding to internal and external inquiries. Your communication skills will help build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
