Freshmen’s Experience

Set of abilities:

Excellent communication and analytical abilities
Analytical abilities combined with a customer-centric approach
Previous customer service experience via chat/email/voice.
Job Objective:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
Provide support for data collection in order to enable end-user account recovery.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s processes and policies.
Recreate customer problems and escalate product bugs
Provide our customers with excellent customer service.
You should be accountable for demonstrating critical thinking and analysis skills.
Responsible for demonstrating a proven work ethic and the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
