- Navigate and manipulate the data architecture supporting Customer Success, using SQL to report on business performance effectively.
- Prepare and present findings using data visualization tools like Tableau, packaging insights into presentation-ready content for Salesforce executives.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business proactively, influencing Success strategy and optimizing key drivers of financial performance, productivity, and customer engagement through technical analysis.
