IBM is seeking a Process Analyst for Finance and Administration Delivery!

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Identify and rectify duplicate records in Vendor Master Maintenance for accurate invoice receipt, verification, and processing.
• Prioritize urgent/aging invoices for processing.
• Record both Purchase Order Based and Non-Purchase Order Based invoices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for coding, approval, and resolution of blocked invoices.
• Ensure timely posting of payment and expense entries in accounting software.
• Manage manual and automatic payment requests.
• Process travel and expense claims, resolve duplicate payments, and verify/run payment proposals.
• Handle vendor statement reconciliation queries via calls and emails.
• Adhere to client SLAs and timelines.

Requirements:

• Commerce Graduate with 2-4 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in invoice and vendor management, query resolution, and invoice reconciliation.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Self-directed, goal-oriented individual.
• Skilled in change management, time management, and working under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to contribute to team efforts.
• Stay updated on technical knowledge through workshops and publications.
