Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and strong programming abilities
- Understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms
- Desirable experience in natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics
- Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Hugging Face
- Knowledge of libraries such as SciKit Learn, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description: As an AI Engineer within our Client Engineering team, you’ll utilize your skills to develop and deploy AI systems using our watsonx platform. Your responsibilities will include creating 4-to-6-week pilots for clients and contributing to IBM’s growth and innovation story. You will collaborate with technical leaders across IBM, driving client engagements with a curiosity that fuels innovation and learning. Your role will be integral to our sales strategy, enabling quick client delivery and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate proposed AI solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to implement and iterate on POCs
- Document solution architectures, design decisions, and implementation details
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives and mentor new team members
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends and advancements
- Evaluate emerging technologies for potential impact on solution design and implementation
