Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Freshers to join as Customer Service Associates. As a vital part of our team, you’ll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Walk-in interviews are scheduled for 22nd and 23rd December 2023.

Job Designation: Customer Service Associate Qualification: Graduate Experience: Freshers

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations.
  • Strong command of MS Office applications.
  • Quick comprehension of processes and their efficient implementation.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24*7 environment, including night shifts.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities to resolve customer queries independently and efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.

Job Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Generating and pursuing new business leads.
  • Preparing and delivering proposals to potential clients.
  • Ensuring adherence to company regulations, health, and safety standards in all processes.
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with internal staff, external clients, and vendors.
  • Addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, providing satisfactory resolutions.

  • Time: 10.00 AM – 12.00 PM
  • Location: Infosys Limited Nagpur SEZ Co-Developer Plot No – 7, sector – special economic zone, Mihan notified area Nagpur, Maharashtra 441108, incubation center ground floor.
