Job Details:

• Designation: Process Executive
• Qualification: BCom/MCom/BBM/BBA
• Experience: Freshers / 0 – 1 year

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in basic computer knowledge.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with Direct taxation processes and clauses.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to independently and efficiently resolve customer issues.
• Excellent communication skills for addressing and resolving client issues through calls, chat, and email.
• Effective probing, analyzing, and multitasking abilities for both voice and data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to taking initiative.

Job Description:

• Actively participate in team-building activities.
• Demonstrate adaptability in learning newer technologies and adjusting to changing business needs.
• Collaborate with teams to bring in process improvements or innovative ideas.
