Skills Required:

• Proficiency in basic computer operations.
• Sound understanding of MS Office.
• Good grasp of Direct taxation processes and clauses.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, quick thinking, and the capability to independently and efficiently resolve customer issues.
• Excellent communication skills for addressing and resolving client issues via calls, chat, or emails.
• Effective probing, analytical skills, and multitasking abilities encompassing voice and data entry.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and initiative-taking abilities.

Job Description:

• Address and resolve client issues through calls, chat, or emails.
• Independently and thoroughly resolve customer issues, respecting their time and ensuring efficiency.
• Efficient time management, ensuring all customer interactions add value.
• Actively participate in team-building activities.
• Adaptability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
• Collaborate with teams to propose and implement process improvements or innovative ideas.
