Skills Required:
- Proficiency in basic computer operations.
- Sound understanding of MS Office.
- Good grasp of Direct taxation processes and clauses.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, quick thinking, and the capability to independently and efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Excellent communication skills for addressing and resolving client issues via calls, chat, or emails.
- Effective probing, analytical skills, and multitasking abilities encompassing voice and data entry.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and initiative-taking abilities.

- Address and resolve client issues through calls, chat, or emails.
- Independently and thoroughly resolve customer issues, respecting their time and ensuring efficiency.
- Efficient time management, ensuring all customer interactions add value.
- Actively participate in team-building activities.

- Collaborate with teams to propose and implement process improvements or innovative ideas.
