Skills:
- Proficiency in basic computer knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Good understanding of order management, bid management, and sales.
- Familiarity with logistics and strong documentation skills.
- Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to independently, thoroughly, and efficiently resolve customers’ issues.
- Excellent communication skills to address and resolve client issues via calls, chat, or email.
- Effective probing and analyzing skills with the ability to multitask between voice and data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
