Details: Jio Digital Life is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients and businesses through market research and targeted outreach.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Acquisition:
- Engage with prospects to understand their hosting needs and effectively present Jio Hoster’s solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our hosting services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Relationship Building:
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address concerns and ensure a seamless experience.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team for continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the hosting industry and technical concepts is advantageous.
- Must have a personal portfolio website.
