🎨 Key Responsibilities – Creative Lead Work From Home
🔹 Social Media & Brand Design
Your core responsibility is to design captivating visuals for Pluto’s social media platforms. Your designs will not only reflect the brand’s voice but also engage and attract users.
🔹 Creative Ad Campaigns
Craft ultra-creative ad campaigns that stand out. This includes developing visuals for digital ads, promotions, and social media that drive high engagement and improve conversions.
🔹 Web Design & Website Optimization
Design and refine Pluto’s website layout and user experience. Ensuring the website is both functional and visually aligned with Pluto’s brand is crucial.
🔹 Narrative Building & Storytelling
Use storytelling to build compelling brand narratives. Create pitch decks, presentations, and visual stories that explain Pluto’s mission and engage potential users and clients.
🔹 Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Support the team by producing high-quality videos, reels, and animations for product storytelling, marketing, and social media. Motion design is a plus.
🧠 Skills & Requirements – Creative Lead Work From Home
Proficient with design tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Strong skills in art direction, brand development, and crafting consistent visual identities.
Ability to convert ideas into compelling visual stories and creative designs.
Experience in web design — ensuring a seamless digital experience for Pluto’s customers.
(Optional but preferred) Experience with Webflow for no-code website development.
