Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Associate to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will partner closely with the Product Manager to identify new opportunities that meet the needs of our customers and market demands. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our products by driving user research, market analysis, and strategic planning to enhance the overall product experience.

Job Responsibilities

1. Partner with Product Management: Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify and explore new product opportunities. Leverage insights from user research, market discovery, and customer feedback to develop product features that add value to the overall customer journey. Your work will ensure that our product strategies align with both user needs and market trends.
2. Plan for End-to-End Product Impact: Take a holistic approach when introducing new product features, considering both upstream and downstream effects on the entire product ecosystem. By understanding the broader implications of changes, you will help maintain a seamless user experience across all product touchpoints.
3. Conduct User Research and Market Analysis: Support the product team by conducting in-depth user research, creating journey maps, and performing market analysis. Your insights will help inform the strategic product roadmap, ensuring that new features are aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.
4. Analyze Product Metrics and Performance: Track and evaluate product performance across the development lifecycle, focusing on key metrics such as time, cost, and quality. Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and prioritize feature development, continuously optimizing for customer satisfaction and business impact.
5. Develop Product Requirements and Documentation: Write clear and concise requirements, epics, and user stories to guide the product development team. Your documentation will serve as the foundation for feature development, helping to ensure that products are built to meet user needs and business goals.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure that product initiatives are successfully executed. By facilitating communication and collaboration, you will help bridge the gap between product strategy and execution.
7. Support Regulatory and Compliance Processes: Gain an understanding of industry standards, business controls, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure that product features meet compliance requirements and adhere to best practices in risk management.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in product management or a related domain, with a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Product Development Knowledge: Strong grasp of the product lifecycle, including activities such as discovery, requirements definition, and feature development.
• Data Analytics and Literacy: Developing skills in data analytics, with the ability to interpret metrics and derive actionable insights to guide product decisions.
• Technical Familiarity: Comfort with industry-standard technology platforms and a willingness to learn the technical details that drive product functionality.
