Title: Software Engineer – Quality Associate

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ALM, EPIC, and JIRA
• Knowledge of VBA, SharePoint, ASC, Omni, Clarity, Confluence, and Tableau (a plus)
• Management experience and leadership skills
• Expertise in quality control for software products
• Strong attention to detail, communication, decision making, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach a team of Quality Analysts, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures
• Provide insights and recommendations for process efficiency improvements
• Facilitate meetings with Lines of Business (LOBs) as Quality or Process Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Review documentation and deliver quality artifacts
• Communicate and consolidate quality results regularly to stakeholders
• Analyze findings and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders on dispute resolution and procedure changes
• Undertake additional ad hoc projects as assigned
