Salary: ₹20 LPA – ₹35 LPA

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Freshers / 0 – 3 years

Skills:

1. Proficiency in programming languages like Java and Python.
2. Familiarity with cloud technologies and React.js.
3. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
4. Demonstrable coding skills in one or more languages.
5. Basic knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
6. Ability to work effectively in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and innovative culture.
7. Strong communication and analytical skills.

Job Description:

1. Develops basic software solutions, designs, and troubleshoots technical issues.
2. Writes secure and high-quality code using at least one programming language, with guidance from peers.
3. Translates architecture and design representations and nonfunctional requirements into secure, stable software aligned with defined architecture.
4. Actively incorporates automation to streamline manual processes in the Software Development Life Cycle.
5. Addresses basic code quality issues.
