Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Key Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Extensive experience in customer service and interaction, particularly in voice campaigns
- Effective problem-solving abilities, maintaining composure in challenging situations
- Prior experience handling calls with end customers
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments while remaining composed under pressure
- Demonstrated patience and control in difficult scenarios
- Capacity to organize, schedule, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work in an international voice process and 24×7 environment (rotational offs, 5 days working)
- 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role preferred
- Immediate joiners or those with a maximum notice period of 30 days preferred
