Mastercard is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the role of Managing Consultant – MKT. This position is an exciting opportunity to lead marketing strategies and client engagements across a variety of industries, with a strong focus on leveraging data and technology to drive impactful business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement Leadership: You will lead diverse client engagements, helping businesses across multiple industries address unique marketing challenges.
- Strategy Development: The role involves developing and guiding marketing strategies for large-scale, regional, and global clients, utilizing data-driven insights and innovative technology.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with mid-to-senior level stakeholders. You will assess their goals, internal culture, and readiness for change, and lead teams in creating strategies to achieve them.
- Team Guidance and Coaching: Guide project delivery teams by providing clear direction, delivering presentations, and upskilling team members. Your expertise will help enhance their performance and capabilities.
- Innovation and Collaboration: Foster an innovative and collaborative environment, driving results while working closely with internal Mastercard stakeholders such as Product and Business Development.
- Mentorship: Offer ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants, ensuring their growth and successful project execution.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Undergraduate degree with a strong background in marketing and campaign management.
- Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in executing digital and social media campaigns, managing product launches, improving digital customer experiences, and navigating ad-tech/mar-tech ecosystems.
- Project and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead teams across multiple projects, including working with third-party vendors. Experience in managing vendor and client relationships is essential.
- Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership is required, along with the ability to identify new business opportunities and draft project proposals.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs, combined with proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Multitasking and Communication Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication skills in English are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional expertise in SEO, SEM, video production, content creation, and print production management is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience in global supply chain management (GSM), sourcing new suppliers, and third-party vendor assessment.
- Advanced marketing, sales, or product technology expertise is highly desirable.
- An MBA or a master’s degree with a specialization in marketing or digital marketing is preferred but not required.
