Manage seamless onboarding experiences for enterprise clients.
Develop lasting client relationships through transparent communication.
Track and analyze client data to improve performance and retention.
Report progress, insights, and outcomes clearly and consistently.
Take deep ownership of the customer journey from start to finish.
Collaborate with Micro1βs product and development teams to align on client needs.
π οΈ Required Skills
Experience in Human Data/AI training or RLHF.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects.
Strong problem-solving mindset and independence.
Confidence in using data to drive customer decisions.
π Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a client-facing tech or SaaS role.
Prior work with remote or global teams.
Familiarity with tools for data reporting and communication.
