Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Issue Resolution: Resolve technical issues related to in-house applications based on .NET, API queries, Boomi, or any integration platform troubleshooting.
- Collaboration: Work with customers and vendors via email, chat, or remote desktop connections.
- Operational Support: Handle operational support escalations and maintain OLA and SLA agreements with other Micron Business Units.
- Incident Management: Be aware and experienced in incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Automation: Proactively automate regular tasks.
- 24×7 Support: Be flexible to work in shifts to provide round-the-clock support to applications.
Specific Responsibilities:
- System Monitoring: Continually improve operations through routine monitoring of system performance metrics and proactive actions.
- Log Analysis: Review system log files, conduct trend analysis, and manage configuration, incidents, problems, and changes.
- Architectural Recommendations: Collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architects on system or architectural changes to improve performance, high availability, scalability, or to propose innovative technologies.
- Technical Direction: Ensure architectural consistency and provide technical direction through roadmap processes, knowledge management, disaster recovery plan development, and testing.
- Documentation: Create all necessary documentation for changes in the environment or innovative technology deployments as reference architecture for the global operation team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Diagnosis: Proficiency in understanding and diagnosing technical issues.
- Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud-based services like Azure, AWS, and SaaS platforms.
- Coding and Scripting: Ability to code or debug scripts, especially in PowerShell and Python.
- Backend Analysis: Experience in backend data analysis and integration platforms.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively.
- ITSM Tools: Familiarity with ITSM tools and a good understanding of related processes.
- Generative AI: Knowledge of using Generative AI tools in day-to-day work.
