Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. Comprehensive understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms. Solid knowledge of operating systems, design patterns, and related concepts. Ability to work independently while collaborating across different locations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capability to articulate complex ideas to various stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a track record of delivering results. Job Description:

Understanding Requirements: Collaborates with stakeholders (e.g., project manager, technical lead) to define user requirements for a feature. Initiates continuous feedback loops to assess customer value. Design: Contributes to product/solution feature architecture processes, refining code plans under technical guidance. Develops code to test technical solutions and assists in technical validation efforts. Participates in creating design documents for simple designs or user stories under supervision. Coding: Learns to develop and implement code for a product, service, or feature, ensuring reusability and maintainability. Focuses on diagnosability, reliability, and readiness for code sharing and delivery. Applies coding patterns and best practices. Implementation: Assists in breaking down work items, providing estimations, and gaining insight into product features. Reliability and Supportability: Participates in live service operations, troubleshooting issues on a rotational, on-call basis. Identifies solutions to issues impacting service performance or functionality. Engineering Excellence: Stays updated on industry developments, proactively seeking knowledge to enhance product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance while ensuring consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
