Join Microsoft as a Business Program Manager!

Responsibilities:

Supplier Governance

  • Oversee governance for outsourced work on behalf of Microsoft.
  • Implement standardization of supplier processes.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance, controls, and metrics.

Process Design and Execution

  • Design and define business outcomes for simple processes or parts of a process.
  • Conduct research and investigations to assess process performance.
  • Align processes with yearly goals and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance and optimize stakeholder experience.
  • Provide data, research, and assessment results to manager and team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve challenges with business partners by compiling information on pain points.

Process Maintenance and Optimization

  • Monitor and evaluate processes, measuring metrics to ensure expected performance.
  • Conduct data analysis to support processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate benchmarking and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate findings to maintain continuous feedback loops across stakeholders.
  • Suggest process-level improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build a business case for change and facilitate process-level change management efforts.
  • Understand business readiness, timing, stakeholder impact, and incorporate these into process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of work experience in project management, process management, and process improvement.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
