Job Title: Customer Support Trainee at Monotype Solutions

As a Customer Support Trainee, you will be responsible for responding and assisting customers in all aspects of their needs, including finding, purchasing, downloading, installing, and implementing products, plus order correction or modification. You will work closely with corporate customers, stakeholders, and other departments to maintain product integrity and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Any graduation degree
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac text applications such as MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities both supervised and unsupervised and work within time targets
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on a team or individually, organizing one’s workload to achieve prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to requests for help or information from customers and prospective customers
  • Good typing skills in English
  • Willingness to work in Australia, UK, US, and India shift on a rotational basis and on weekends/holidays
  • Willingness to work in Australia, UK, US, and India shift on a permanent basis and on weekends/holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Respond and assist customers in finding, purchasing, downloading, installing, and implementing products, plus order correction or modification
  • Resolve purchase and billing issues, including credit card, PayPal, or invoice purchases
  • Work with corporate customers and stakeholders in establishing invoice accounts, processing purchase orders, and invoicing
  • Leverage and customize standard responses created by our native or English speakers, escalating to native speakers when significant customization is required, and identifying gaps in standard responses
  • Communicate with the development team, finance team regarding common customer questions and work with other departments to maintain product integrity, escalating support and feature enhancement requests as needed
