Key Responsibilities:
- Adverse Media Screening: Conduct thorough reviews of adverse media news (NNS) for Morgan Stanley clients, ensuring that all alerts are accurately assessed and addressed within the designated timeframes.
- Alert Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of processed alerts, meeting the specified service standards and timelines.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, communicate potential process breakdowns, and recommend best practices for remediation.
- Leadership Backup: Step up as a backup to the Team Manager in their absence, ensuring team continuity and maintaining service standards.
- Workflow Management: Prioritize and manage your workflow proactively to ensure that departmental service standards are consistently met.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, providing insights and contributing to discussions to enhance team performance.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and present findings to regional stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Policy Enhancement: Recommend updates to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies or procedures to promote continuous improvement of overall AML and client screening processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: Up to 5 years of experience in Corporate Intelligence, due diligence, or operations within financial or professional services industries.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to apply sound reasoning and judgment in delivering services.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and make well-reasoned decisions.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to the evolving needs of the team.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- AML Expertise: Previous experience with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), client reference data, or client documentation review is highly desirable.

- Job Location: Bengaluru, India.
- Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 5 years in relevant roles.
- Working Days: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
- Job Type: Full-time, In-Office.
