Myntra is seeking a talented Full Stack Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems across various domains such as Recsys, Search, Vision, SCM, Pricing, Forecasting, Trend and Virality prediction, Gen AI, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
- Specialized Expertise: Apply theoretical understanding and practical knowledge in machine learning, specializing in areas like NLP, Computer Vision, recommender systems, and optimization.
- Software Solutions: Implement robust and reliable software solutions for model deployment.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain machine learning pipelines, including tasks like data cleaning, feature extraction, and basic model training.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Platforms and Engineering teams to ensure ML models are deployed and integrated into systems.
- Data Collection: Work with Data Platforms teams to understand and collect data.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing, troubleshooting, and tuning as required.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay current with the latest research and technology and communicate your knowledge throughout the enterprise.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: 3-5+ years of industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of industry experience with a Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: 2 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Production Expertise: Solid hands-on expertise in deploying machine learning solutions into production.
- Programming Skills: Experience developing machine learning models in Python or an equivalent programming language.
- Framework Familiarity: Familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
- CI/CD Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- ML Orchestration: Experience with ML orchestration tools (Airflow, Kubeflow, or MLFlow).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in a team or individually as required.
- Time Management: Ability to manage and prioritize your workload and support your manager.
