Job Title: Manager, Resource Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Resource Operations to implement global, regional, and local strategies, ensuring scalability and alignment with annual forecasts.
  • Execute programs and initiatives in partnership with the Director of Resource Operations.
  • Escalate production and creative issues to the Director of Resource Operations for resolution.
  • Assist in recruitment initiatives, planning, and layoff processes under the guidance of the Director of Resource Operations.
  • Monitor and adjust financial targets monthly in collaboration with the Director of Resource Operations, implementing necessary changes or sales strategies to meet financial goals.
  • Stay informed about updates/changes from the NetFX LA Product and Platform team through regular collaboration.
  • Cultivate the relationship with Scanline India for mutual growth and success.
  • Manage budget targets and foster relationships in the NetFX and Netflix’s best interests.
  • Handle vendor relationship management and drive growth in the APAC region.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with dotted line reports to track Team Quota, efficiency, team management, and production status.
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvement, proposing and implementing plans in collaboration with NetFX LA.
  • Audit processes consistently to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Uphold core NetFX brand values in all operations.

Requirements:

  • Global Project Experience: Demonstrated success in contributing to and managing global projects, showcasing adaptability and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Rollout and Strategy Expertise: Proficient in strategically planning and executing rollouts of initiatives, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting Proficiency: Experience in budgeting and forecasting, accurately projecting financial needs and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Conflict Resolution and Relationship Building: Skilled in conflict resolution and relationship building, fostering positive collaborations.
  • Collaboration with Regional and Global Teams: Track record of effectively collaborating with both regional and global teams, emphasizing clear communication and alignment with diverse team dynamics.
  • Goal Development and Management Expertise: Proficient in crafting and overseeing goals, coupled with implementing effective performance evaluation mechanisms.
