Job Description:
As an Application Developer, you will be an integral part of the Oracle Freshers Development team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with OFD business users to gather and understand business requirements.
- Analyzing requirements and proposing high-level design and solution proposals.
- Obtaining sign-off on solutions from business stakeholders.
- Performing detailed design and coding for complex enhancements and bug fixes.
- Developing and implementing features based on provided requirements and use cases.
- Collaborating with peers to review and propose design solutions, emphasizing metric-driven outcomes.
- Writing high-quality backend code, along with validation tests using various programming languages.
- Ensuring safe and compliant release management across different stages of development.
- Operating the service in a production environment and continuously improving its performance.
- Analyzing and debugging issues, including bugs, customer problems, and performance challenges.
- Contributing to a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Freshers with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong programming experience in Core Java is a must.
- Proficiency in SQL programming.
- Knowledge of any Oracle Technologies will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with Source Control Systems, particularly GIT repositories.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and quick learner with the ability to work independently.
