Role Overview: As a Systems Analyst – Support at Oracle, you will be a vital part of our Support team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional post-sales support to our valued customers. This role involves assisting customers with both non-technical and technical inquiries, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently. Your expertise in customer service, DBA skills, SQL scripting, and Unix/Linux will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support and solutions to Oracle’s customers, addressing inquiries over phone and digital channels.
- Guide and support customers throughout the product life cycle to ensure successful product utilization.
- Serve as the main link between the company and customers, offering expertise in processes, applications, and technology.
- Handle both non-technical and technical inquiries, utilizing your DBA skills, SQL scripting knowledge, and familiarity with Unix/Linux.
- Play a pivotal role in customer relationship management and provide assistance to internal Oracle employees in various customer-related scenarios.
- Collaborate with customer IT teams to resolve technical issues, prioritizing effective communication, resource utilization, and timely resolution (SQL/UNIX expertise required).
- Work under the guidance of senior engineers and sometimes independently, striving for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and ensure the smooth resolution of problems, contributing to a positive customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong customer service and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in DBA skills and SQL scripting.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a rapid learning ability and the capability to work independently.
