Job Description:
Oracle is inviting applications from fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and understanding of operating systems, hardware environments, software, networking, Oracle products, and Oracle Financials for the role of Customer Service Analyst 1-Support. As a Customer Service Analyst 1-Support, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle Support Services’ customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Field and resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and guidance on the use of Oracle Electronic Support Services.
- Act as a liaison between Oracle employees and the customer, with guidance from Senior Client Relations Analysts and management.
- Provide resolution and follow-up on a wide range of technical and non-technical customer issues.
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction by being an effective team player and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of operating systems, hardware environments, software, networking, Oracle products, and Oracle Financials.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools and Oracle Service, ITS, Imaging, GSR, the World Wide Web.
