Position: Software Development Technologist

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Freshers

Skills:

• Proficiency in Software/Interface Development best practices.
• Expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python.
• Knowledge of various front-end languages and libraries like HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React, Node.js, Angular, and multiple back-end languages like C#, .Net, Java.
• Strong analytical and development skills.
• Ability to independently create interface specifications, test plans, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of application software.
• Analyze and comprehend Software/Functional Requirements Specifications.
• Lead the design (both high-level and detailed) of the system.
• Actively involved in design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Conduct unit testing of the code.
• Contribute to Features/User stories for modules/SDS/Test strategy.
• Provide technical guidance in technical and functional/domain areas and participate in technical decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to ensure quality and timely project deliveries.
• Participate in peer reviews for project artifacts to ensure deliverable quality.
• Support project estimation, planning, and risk management activities.
• Stay updated on technical developments in the field through research, technical contacts, and dissemination.
• Mentor and coach the project team in technology and domain expertise.
• Effectively engage with other functions (verification, quality, regulatory, project management) for project success.
