Job Title: QA Analyst – PTC Software
Job Overview: As a QA Analyst at PTC Software, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our industry-leading service parts management application. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to test the application from the customer’s perspective and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Scrum Team to understand project requirements and define test objectives.
- Create comprehensive test case documents to cover various scenarios and use cases.
- Execute test cases to identify and report any issues or bugs.
- Perform detailed analysis of existing and new algorithms to understand their functionality and behavior.
- Continuously learn and enhance your knowledge of the product and its features.
- Provide valuable insights and suggestions to improve the overall quality and user experience of the application.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for UI/UX issues.
- Demonstrated inclination towards Statistics/Operations Research.
- Good aptitude and a quick learner, able to adapt to new technologies and concepts.
- Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
