Job Role: Technical Product Integrations

As a customer-facing advocate for Razorpay’s product suite, the Technical Product Integrations Specialist plays a crucial role in helping businesses implement and integrate Razorpay’s payment solutions. You’ll work closely with the integration team to ensure a seamless experience for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of Razorpay’s product suite.
• Stay up-to-date with technical knowledge, including proficiency in coding languages like Java, .NET, PHP, Python, and JavaScript.
• Lead the implementation of Razorpay’s solutions for key clients, ensuring successful platform integrations.
• Respond to technical queries from merchants and prospective customers within agreed timelines.
• Provide feedback on product requirements from clients to the product team.
• Validate any customization requests to ensure they meet client needs and can be implemented.

Qualifications:

• BE/B Tech/M Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication (CS/IT/ETC).
• Proficiency in technical languages: Java, .NET, PHP, Python, and JavaScript.
