Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation through LinkedIn: Build and maintain connections on LinkedIn to generate leads for the business.
- Outbound Calls: Responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating leads.
- Lead Management: Update and manage leads regularly, ensuring accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordination and Follow-ups: Collaborate with the enterprise and mid-market sales teams to follow up on leads and support the closure of sales.
- Target Achievement: Meet individual targets set on a monthly and quarterly basis, driving your own success and contributing to the team’s goals.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports and MIS, sharing them with the team lead to track performance and opportunities.
- Email Campaigns: Identify target audiences and design direct email marketing campaigns to grow the business’s email list.
- Template Design: Ensure that email templates are mobile-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
- Database Creation: Create email databases to support lead generation activities.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, particularly for B2B products.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in inside sales, with a history of exceeding sales quotas.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone presence and experience in making cold/warm calls.
- CRM Knowledge: Experience using Sales CRM tools for managing leads and tracking progress.
- Education: Any degree or equivalent is accepted; however, a background in sales or marketing would be beneficial.
- Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time to ensure all responsibilities are met.
- Presentation Skills: Strong listening and presentation skills, with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
