Razorpay India is seeking candidates for the role of Associate – Client Success Partner!
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Respond to and coordinate with merchants, ensuring timely updates and resolution of open tickets.
- Collaborate with various support functions such as FinOps, Legal, Banking Ops, and more.
- Assist account managers in the respective region.
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking using tools like Excel, Word, Freshdesk, and Slack.
- Analyze issues and drive internal ticket closure after coordinating with teams.
- Provide updates on ticket progress to various forums and channels.
Candidate Requirements:
- Preferably, a good understanding of payment processes or similar complex domains.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word, with a willingness to learn new tools.
- Strong communication skills for managing senior stakeholders on the merchant/client side.
- Familiarity with Freshdesk or similar ticketing management tools is advantageous.
