Job Title: Application Support Engineer at Rockwell Automation
Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, is seeking a talented and motivated Application Support Engineer with excellent communication skills, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented attitude to join our team in Delhi, India.
As an Application Support Engineer, you will work on issues of diverse scope where the analysis of data requires the evaluation of identifiable factors. You will demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and have frequent interactions with peers and customers to gain cooperation or conduct presentations on technical information/project activities.
Your responsibilities will include providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging systems. You will respond to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software, and report design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. You may also be involved in customer installation and training.
