Position: Associate Technical Support Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Freshers

Compensation: 8.25 LPA

Skills Required:

• Proficient in HTML, XML, API, SQL
• Knowledge of programming languages: C, C++, Java
• Familiarity with RDBMS and OOPS concepts
• Super Badges in Salesforce Administrator/Developer or similar
• Effective communication of technical concepts
• Solid understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers, etc.
• BE/B.Tech degree with a minimum of 70% academic scores, preferably in Computer Science or related fields
• Willingness to work flexible shift timings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description:

As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be the bridge between our cutting-edge Salesforce products and our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in resolving custom code, integration, and implementation challenges related to Salesforce products
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring that issues are comprehensively resolved
• Building and maintaining technical expertise in specific areas of product functionality
• Exhibiting exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Providing clear explanations of features and best practices in Salesforce coding
• Managing customer expectations to enhance satisfaction and overall experience
• Actively participating in job-related training activities to stay up-to-date with evolving technologies
