Job Description: The Customer Success Service Academy offers an up to 2-year graduate program, designed for a career kickstart in the Services Customer Success Board Area. This program involves classroom-based learning and rotation opportunities across various business domains.
Throughout the program, you’ll lay the foundations necessary for success in the Services business. Rotations will provide you with comprehensive experiences in consulting, project management, technical support, and solution support.
Role of Project Manager: The Project Manager oversees customers’ transformation strategies by managing cloud, on-premise, or hybrid implementation initiatives with SAP Activate methodology. They manage large-scale projects crossing organizational boundaries and coordinate various service partners/vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes within defined timelines and budgets
- Supporting SAP Sales teams during the Bid Phase
- Managing complex projects involving multiple parties
- Applying SAP delivery methodologies effectively
