Seagate is currently hiring fresh graduates with good communication skills and a general understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting for the role of Intern – IT. As an Intern – IT, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in solving complex hardware and software issues, troubleshooting network connectivity, and configuring, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware in an enterprise environment. This is a great opportunity for interns to gain real-world experience in an IT environment and develop their technical skills.

Qualifications: Pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s or technical degree

Experience: Freshers

Responsibilities:

• Leverage creativity to solve complex hardware and software issues related to end users’ computers.
• Gain insight into troubleshooting network connectivity, application, hardware, audiovisual, and telephony equipment problems faced by the end user community.
• Adapt quickly to fast-paced situations faced by end users in a dynamic environment.
• Obtain hands-on experience in Information Technology solutions and services.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Gain a general understanding of the Active Directory environment.
• Follow processes and procedures to ensure high-quality work is delivered to end users with minimal disruptions.
• Build experience in maintaining password security, data integrity, and file system security for the laptop/desktop environment using BitLocker.
• Document trouble tickets from inception through closure in an Enterprise Incident Management System such as Service Now.
• Gain experience with Microsoft’s System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
