Job Description:
As a SheSparks Intern – Project Manager, you will be the central point of contact for the client throughout the project’s life, starting with project scoping during pre-sales. You will have a clear understanding of the customer’s requirements and integration points within the statement of work and communicate it effectively.
You will oversee the project delivery process with key contributors to manage scope, prepare change requests, including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs. You will manage all administrative activities of the project from inception to closure, maintain regular communication with the customer and internal teams, and manage customer expectations.
Your responsibilities also include achieving customer satisfaction by delivering the defined project scope, compiling customer requests and deployment issues, providing feedback into core products, working with third-party subcontractors and technology partners, and communicating experiences in a formal post-mortem to feed lessons learned, best practices, and resources back into the consulting practice.
