💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage daily Last Mile operations, ensuring smooth outbound deliveries.
🔹 Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics while controlling costs.
🔹 Monitor safety, productivity, and quality of team members.
🔹 Implement Amazon policies fairly and consistently.
🔹 Conduct 4M and 5S audits to maintain operational standards.
🔹 Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager when needed.
🔹 Oversee shift management throughout the day.
📌 Basic Qualifications
✅ 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
✅ Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

🔹 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
🔹 Strong leadership and team management skills.
🔹 Experience working in high-paced operational environments.
