Tech Mahindra is hiring fresher graduates for the Associate Customer Support – Banking Voice Process position.

Job Designation: Associate Customer Support – Banking Voice Process

Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers / Experienced

Skill Set:

  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work from the office (WFO)
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Outstanding English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Eligible for cab drop if shift ends between 10 PM – 12 AM (within a 15KM radius from the office premises)
  • Late-night logouts are for male employees only; female employees log out by 8-10 PM or earlier

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via voice calls
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively
