Job Designation: Associate Customer Support – Banking Voice Process
Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers / Experienced
Skill Set:
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work from the office (WFO)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Outstanding English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Eligible for cab drop if shift ends between 10 PM – 12 AM (within a 15KM radius from the office premises)
- Late-night logouts are for male employees only; female employees log out by 8-10 PM or earlier
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer support via voice calls
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively
