Tech Mahindra is currently seeking both fresh and experienced graduates who possess excellent communication and convincing skills to take on the role of Customer Service Associate in the Banking process.

Job Title: Customer Service Associate – Banking Process

Qualifications: Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.

Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced individuals.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer persuasion and resolution.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts 24/7.
  • One-sided cab transportation available during unconventional hours.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Description:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone calls.
  • Providing end-to-end resolutions to customer issues.
