Key Responsibilities
As a software engineer in our team, your primary responsibility will be to support customers who have integrated SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) technology into their websites and applications. You will need to:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Work on a rotational basis, covering early hours to support the Asia-Pacific-Japan (APJ) time zone.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Web Development Experience: Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential.
- Programming Knowledge: A general understanding of various programming languages, APIs, and database technologies is required.
- Customer Interaction: At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Creative Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve technical issues creatively.
- SaaS Experience: Previous experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) products is highly preferred.
