Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide prompt, real-time support through live chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to offer accurate and efficient customer assistance.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing clear guidance and solutions to customers.
  • Process Guidance: Assist customers with various processes, such as navigating the platform and completing transactions.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and document feedback from customers, sharing valuable insights with the team to help improve our services.
  • Onboarding & Training: Assist with onboarding new customers and provide product training as needed to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Issue Reporting: Document technical issues reported by customers and communicate them to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to help track performance and identify trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years in live chat support or a similar customer service role, preferably in e-commerce or a tech-related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with live chat software, support tools, CRM systems, and ticketing systems. Basic technical knowledge is required.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
  • Customer-Oriented: A patient, friendly attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a remote team.
  • Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, enhancing your ability to serve a diverse customer base.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings as required.
  • Typing Skills: Strong typing skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
