Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply, but they should demonstrate a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Skills Required:
The candidate must have strong analytical and communication skills. They should be proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The candidate should have experience working with databases, DevSecOps, and security tools and processes. They should also have knowledge of functional automation tools and a good thought process on quality. Familiarity with security concepts and the ability to implement vulnerable-free code is essential. The candidate should have knowledge of network elements, network concepts, architecture, and design, as well as the ability to guide a team. They should have experience in leading and managing teams by delivering products. The candidate should be able to create efficient database solutions, including optimizing existing DB architecture. They should have experience working in an Agile-based delivery environment and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business requirements and creating technical design documents that align with the company’s architecture standards.
- Identifying and aligning project requirements and conducting impact analysis.
- Collaborating with business teams, external vendors, and other internal IT teams to deliver projects on time.
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Performing hands-on coding work on projects to introduce new modular, reusable Service/API or enhancing the existing ones.
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments.
- Writing tested, idiomatic, documented components along with extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks.
