As a Process Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service through effective verbal and written communication.
• Handle customer queries and provide technical support.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in voice-based processes.
• Utilize basic computer knowledge to navigate through systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Adaptability to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work from the office.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in working in a voice-based process.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Graduation year: 2020, 2021, and 2022 (with no arrears).
• Must carry all required documents (listed below).
